About Kathryn
Hi, I’m Kate Lego, a top-performing Delaware and Southeast Pennsylvania real estate professional known for my communication, community focus, and results-driven approach. I specialize in guiding buyers and sellers through seamless, informed, and empowering real estate experiences—whether they’re local or relocating from across the country.
Before launching my real estate career, I spent 11 years as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and more than 20 years coaching competitive volleyball. Those roles strengthened my leadership, problem-solving skills, ability to perform under pressure, and commitment to building trust—all of which now elevate the level of service I provide to my clients.

I hold an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Allied Health from Delaware Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Wilmington University, where I also competed as a collegiate volleyball athlete. Strategic planning, leadership, and performance excellence have always been part of my DNA.
Today, I live in Wilmington with my wife, Fran, our dog, and our ever-growing collection of houseplants. When I’m not serving clients, you’ll find me with my family, supporting local small businesses, volunteering within the community, or cheering loudly for the local Philadelphia teams.
